The black dial Jaeger-LeCoultre Master Eight Days (aka M8D) was limited edition to 50 pieces. One of the delights is discovering the distinctions from the normal Master 8 Day. There is the 'Night & Day' text, vs 'Day & Night' or 'Jour & Nuit'
Sober, understated, elegant, and smart with its 8 Days power reserve movement. The backside was not bad looking, either... Issued in 2003 in a limited edition of 200 pieces, it was a very interesting watch, at that time, and still now! Best, Nicolas

...the Grande Reverso Calendar which JLC has kindly produced already. For this year, any round watch with moonphase will do. If they can put in that hand-winding, 8 days movement with sunray finishing like in the Master Eight Days Perpetual 40 then great.
